摘要:
二維過渡金屬硫屬化合物包括硫化物,硒化物和碲化物三大類。它們數量衆多且表現出鐵磁、鐵電、超導等多種奇特的物理性質,在諸多包括光電傳感器,高性能電子器件等領域有着潛在的應用價值。本報告主要聚集新型二維材料的合成與性質研究。報告内容包括:1)高質量、大面積二維材料的合成,特别的介紹二維材料合成的普适性方法 - 熔鹽輔助化學氣相沉積技術制備多種新型二維材料;2)二維材料平面和垂直異質結構的構築和性質研究;3)新型二維鐵磁/超導(如Fe3GeTe2)等的合成與性質研究.
