主講人簡介: 秦勇,教育部長江學者特聘教授,國家“萬人計劃”中青年科技創新領軍人才,“萬人計劃”青年拔尖人才,國家優秀青年科學基金獲得者。從事納米能源技術、功能納米器件與自驅動納米系統領域的研究。發表論文百餘篇,在Nature和Nature Nanotechnology等子刊上發表論文6篇,論文被引用9000餘次。榮獲甘肅省自然科學獎一等獎。

New power and sensors are the urgent demands for the fast-developing wearable sensors, implantable biosensors, things of internet and other micro/nano sensors network. Energy harvesting technology gives a promising way for the power challenge. New principle functional devices provide new choices for every kind of sensors. In this lecture, the development progress of nanogenerator will be talked firstly, and then some works on fiber-based nanogenerator, ACZnOnanowire nanogenerator, integratedZnOnanowire nanogenerator, ferroelectric piezoelectric nanowire nanogenerator, non-contact mechanical energy harvesting nanogenerator, implantable nanogenerator and some new developed nanogenerators will be talked. After that, some nanodevices based onpiezotronicprinciple will be discussed.
