職位描述（Position Description） |
以下内容三選一： 1、研究半導體器件與環境相互作用的損傷機制和物理模型； Investigation on the degradation effects and physical models of semiconductor devices under the influence of the environmental factors; 2、研究半導體器件的輻照實驗方法 Development of the methods for the radiation experiments of semiconductor devices 3、研究半導體器件輻照損傷的多尺度模拟方法 Study of the simulation methods for multiscale systems regarding radiation damage of the semiconductor devices |
候選人基本條件（Basic Qualifications） |
1. 需要具有物理、材料、電子的相關專業博士學位； 2. 有輻照物理、半導體材料等方面經驗的人員優先； 3. 具有良好的中英文表達及溝通能力，熟悉實驗室常用軟件； 4. 熱愛科研，具有獨立的科研能力，協調溝通能力，富有責任感和團隊合作精神 1. A Phd degree in Physics, Material Science, Electronics or related areas is required. 2. We give priority to those having experiences in radiation physics, semiconductor materials and related areas. 3. People who have capacity of fluent expression and communication skills both in Chinese and English, familiar with the related scientific software, and who are passionate on science research with the abilities of independence, responsibility and teamwork are welcome. |
